alphaluxis provides restaurant kitchen workflow analytics tools and related services designed to optimise restaurant operations through data analysis and performance insights. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Predictive insights and recommendations
  • Custom integration solutions
  • Training and support services

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts or using our services
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of alphaluxis and third parties
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the alphaluxis platform, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and design elements, are owned by alphaluxis AS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services for your business operations in accordance with these terms. This licence does not grant you any rights to:

  • Modify, copy, or distribute our software or content
  • Create derivative works based on our platform
  • Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business data. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your business data that you input into our platform. You grant alphaluxis a licence to use this data solely for the purpose of providing our analytics services and improving our platform functionality.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance and updates
  • Technical difficulties or system failures
  • Force majeure events beyond our control
  • Security incidents requiring service suspension

Payment and Billing

Service fees and payment terms are outlined in your specific service agreement with alphaluxis. By using our paid services, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees according to the agreed payment schedule

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, alphaluxis AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless alphaluxis AS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services in violation of these terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
  • Any content or data you provide through our platform

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with appropriate notice as specified in your service contract. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

  • You breach these Terms of Service
  • Your account becomes delinquent on payment obligations
  • We reasonably believe termination is necessary to protect our interests or other users
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We will provide reasonable assistance in data export during a transition period, subject to applicable data retention policies.

Modifications to Terms

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

For users located in other EU member states, nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
